In an effort to improve quality of the software suite, automated testing has been rolled out internally
to catch issues before they make it to the end user. For example, when a new feature is written, a
series of tests are also written that will in essense, act in the same manor that an end user would.
Therefore, if the test fails, a problem is caught before it makes it out public. The end result is
better quality software!
