Paragon Robotics's Vice President, Kevin Kline, and Senior Software Engineer, Tim Wallis, were in attendence for the unvailing and grand opening of the TBEIC Energy Lab in Warren, Ohio. TBEIC leaders, elected officials and local energy businesses are excited about the potential use of the new battery technology and grid simulators in the energy lab.
The centerpiece of the new lab is the grid simulator that will enable companies to test a power source and simulate how it would react in a variety of scenarios, including blackouts, brownouts and lightning strikes. Paragon Robotics will be utilizing the facilities simulator and equipment to analyze and prioritize building energy requirements for their resiliency projects. Paragon provides building resiliency software capabile of switching seamlessly to alternative energy sources during outages and prioritizing processes.
