Paragon Robotics' Vice President Kevin Kline and Senior Software Engineer Tim Wallis attended the unveiling and grand opening of the TBEIC Energy Lab in Warren, Ohio. TBEIC leaders, elected officials, and local energy businesses are excited about the potential of the new battery technology and grid simulators in the lab.
The centerpiece of the new lab is a grid simulator that enables companies to test a power source and simulate its response to various scenarios, including blackouts, brownouts, and lightning strikes. Paragon Robotics will use the facility's simulator and equipment to analyze and prioritize building energy requirements for resiliency projects. Paragon provides building‑resiliency software capable of switching seamlessly to alternative energy sources during outages and prioritizing processes.
