Tech Belt Energy Innovation Center (TBEIC) unveils new energy laboratory.

Paragon Robotics' Vice President Kevin Kline and Senior Software Engineer Tim Wallis attended the unveiling and grand opening of the TBEIC Energy Lab in Warren, Ohio. TBEIC leaders, elected officials, and local energy businesses are excited about the potential of the new battery technology and grid simulators in the lab.

The centerpiece of the new lab is a grid simulator that enables companies to test a power source and simulate its response to various scenarios, including blackouts, brownouts, and lightning strikes. Paragon Robotics will use the facility's simulator and equipment to analyze and prioritize building energy requirements for resiliency projects. Paragon provides building‑resiliency software capable of switching seamlessly to alternative energy sources during outages and prioritizing processes. Securing Wireless Building Management Systems for DoD presentation at the 2018 Energy Exchange and Better Buildings Summit.

Paragon Robotics' President Julian Lamb delivered a technical presentation on wireless BMS architecture strategies, network topologies, and Paragon's wireless ATO (Authority to Operate) process initiatives for DoD and government locations. The presentation is now available for download in case studies and white papers.

The presentation provides process insights from Paragon Robotics' experience obtaining an ATO (Authority to Operate) for our wireless systems at an AFB, supporting energy conservation, management, and building resilience. Paragon Robotics technical presentation at Energy Exchange Expo/ Better Buildings Summit seminars.

On Wednesday, August 22, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in Room 4, Paragon Robotics will conduct a technical seminar, T10‑S6: Secure Wireless Building Management Systems for the DoD, at the Department of Energy's Energy Exchange and Better Buildings Summit in Cleveland, Ohio.

Paragon Robotics' President Julian Lamb will provide insight on wireless BMS architecture strategies, network topologies, and ATO process initiatives. In addition, RMF security controls and Secure Standardized Container (SSC) architecture approaches will be discussed.

After the Energy Exchange concludes, Paragon Robotics will make the technical presentation and notes available for download on our site in case studies and white papers.

Visit Paragon Robotics at DOE's Energy Exchange/ Better Buildings Summit in Cleveland, OH.

In 2018, the Department of Energy will host the Energy Exchange and Better Buildings Summit in Cleveland, Ohio from August 21‑23, creating the largest and most exciting DOE training, trade show, and peer event of the year.

Thought leaders from federal, private, education, and state and local government sectors will convene to accelerate adoption of energy and water efficiency, integrated resilience, emerging secure technologies, and replicable renewable energy solutions. The combined Energy Exchange and Better Buildings Summit will feature technical training sessions, interactive panels, and learning opportunities from public and private sector market leaders.

Paragon Robotics' President Julian Lamb will present on Secure Wireless Sensor Systems on August 22 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. as part of the technical training sessions at the show.
