Requiring only a single expansion port on the base device, the DB17 ensures seamless integration into your current setup.

The DB17 Expansion Module features a reliable built-in temperature and humidity sensor for accurate environmental and closed chamber monitoring. The digital sensor offers a temperature range of -20 to 70°C (-4 to 158°F) with ±0.5°C/0.9°F accuracy. Humidity measurements range from 5% to 95% with ±3% accuracy. The DB17 provides 24/7 monitoring of air spaces in storage areas, clean/ante rooms, laboratories, and closed chambers such as cold storage and incubators.

When coupled with any of our N series devices with expansion ports, the DB17 can be connected directly to the expansion port or attached via cable to be placed inside closed compartments to monitor temperature and humidity in freezers, refrigeration systems, and incubators. For any of our N22 series without onboard sensors, the DB17 easily expands the system gateway to a monitoring location for ambient conditions. Its compatibility with our DataRecorder and configuration utility software allows for seamless customization of measurement units (°F, °C, K, Heat Index, RH%) to suit specific requirements. Moreover, with our HaloCloud service, users can enable remote email or text (SMS) alarm notifications, ensuring a prompt response to any deviations.
