Log and track process parameters and ambient conditions with our wired and wireless monitoring systems.
Paragon's monitoring and data logging systems are compatible with any process instrument with voltage or current outputs; Paragon's DB18 expansion module added to a base sensor device added to a base sensor device accepts VDC and 4-20mA current signals from existing or new instrumentation. Monitor, chart, log, and access your instrumentation data remotely anywhere from any device.
Add controllers to automate process systems based on feedback from sensors and existing instrumentation.
Our products offer a complete line for manufacturing monitoring and controls project requirements, including a wide range of measurements with sensor devices and control relays and outputs. Utilize modules through expansion ports on the base device to create custom sensor and control devices.
With our temperature and humidity sensors, you can monitor manufacturing equipment for power usage, or maintain a comfortable working environment across all your buildings or rooms. Our wireless installation ensures efficient operation in facilities of any size.
Track individual machine power usage by integrating ourCT current clamps and DB18 expansion module on a base sensor device.
Our wired or wireless temperature and humidity sensor can monitor ambient conditions throughout across multiple rooms or buildings to insure comfort for your tenants or employees, and avoid high-humidity mold issues.
Use Paragon Robotics DB50 occupancy expansion sensor added to a base sensor device to optimize lighting and HVAC system’s energy management. Automated wireless control systems can be setup to manage energy use only when buildings, warehouses, rooms, working areas are occupied.
Paragon Robotics' wireless occupancy sensors can be added to a base sensor device to optimize lighting and HVAC systems’ energy management. Optionally, set up automated control systems to manage energy use only when buildings, warehouses, rooms, working areas are occupied. Our DB13 expansion light sensor is used for monitoring lighting system performance.
Paragon Robotics’ wireless data logging systems are compatible with any existing or new process instrument or sensor with a voltage or current output corresponding to their measurements.
Additionally, add gas flow meters, gas monitoring instruments for O2, CO, CO2, and others, water or liquid flow meters, level monitors, air pressure sensors and others to your logging system with ease using our DB18 external jack module and DB14 pulse count module with a base sensor device.
Baking oven temperature monitoring system to ensure product safety, quality and consistency.
As part of any baking process control and quality program, the oven temperature uniformity and set points can be as critical as the ingredients when it comes to producing a consistent, replicable product.

Monitor true power usage or current (amps) on main and sub power lines throughout a facility to evaluate power usage overall, or by particular systems or machines.
By utilizing our external current clamp sensors and DB18 expansion module on a base sensor device, energy use and efficiency can be logged and monitored over time on any AC power circuit.
For true power usage, our DB1 expansion module, with inputs for three analog CTs and line voltage, can be coupled with any of our sensor devices.
Energy usage and efficiency can be monitored over time on any AC power circuit using CT current clamps (Amps) on sub power lines throughout a facility to evaluate power usage overall or by particular systems/ machines.
Log individual machine power usage by integrating our CT current clamps and a DB18 expansion module on a base sensor device.
Track all your HVAC system performance data and keep your system operating at their peak performance and energy efficiency. Use logged historic data to eliminate inefficiencies such as poor airflow, occupancy, and heating or cooling element issues.
Monitor filter performance with the D76 differential pressure expansion module, which can be coupled with any of our sensor devices to compare pressure readings before and after filtration systems. Additional filter performance is available with Dylos Particulate Counters measurement output, coupled with our DB80 expansion module.
Keep your raw materials or packaging materials safe using our wireless temperature and humidity loggers to ensure the optimal environment.
The temperature and humidity sensor devices can be placed in numerous storage locations or zones to monitor ambient conditions and ensure that your materials and investments are safe.
Our sensor devices with external temperature probe (thermocouples, RTDs, or thermistors probes) are also used in refrigeration applications. For refrigeration systems, an RTD temperature probe connected to our base sensor device provides accuracy within cooling ranges while providing excellent wireless communication with the transmitter outside of the refrigerator or freezer. Although there are cheaper wireless thermistor probes available, these are drastically less accurate than Paragon products.
Our monitoring systems eliminate costly product waste and spoilage with our remote alarm features with email or text notification of refrigerator failure.
